Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Middle-Level PCB Designer with solid experience in designing multi-layer PCBs for industrial, IoT, or consumer electronics applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with PCB design tools, strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals, and a collaborative attitude to work with electrical and mechanical engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of multi-layer PCBs (2–8+ layers) based on schematic input and mechanical constraints
• Create and manage library symbols and footprints
• Perform design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC)
• Collaborate with electrical engineers for schematic integration
• Generate manufacturing files (Gerber, BOM, Pick-and-Place, etc.)
• Optimize designs for signal integrity, power distribution, thermal performance, and manufacturability
• Review and incorporate feedback from fabrication and assembly partners
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on input

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on PCB design experience
• Proficiency with one or more PCB design tools: Altium Designer, KiCad, EAGLE, OrCAD, or similar
• Understanding of signal integrity, impedance matching, grounding, EMI/EMC
• Experience designing for manufacturability and assembly
• Good knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, etc.)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-speed digital or RF PCB design
• Familiarity with power electronics or analog circuits
• Experience working in cross-functional hardware teams
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
